  My niece, her fiancé, her brother, and his girlfriend signed a two year lease with this company. They have been in their home for a little over a year. Their lease is not up until may 2018. This past weekend my niece's fiancé was killed in a motorcycle accident. My niece is begging for them to let her out of the lease and they are refusing to do so. Septembers rent has already been paid in full and all my niece, nephew, and his girlfriend want is to be able to walk away from this house because of so many hurtful memories but the company will not let them. I think it is horrible and cold hearted of them considering the circumstances. I would not recommend this heartless company to anyone.
